I brought my wedding dress from Mae Bridal in Witney and Sonia was highly recommend by Mae bridal as the seamstress for alterations.

At my first fitting appointment I immediately felt relaxed and reassured when I met Sonia. I am petite and slim so I was a little worried my dress would not fit properly on my big day. When I met Sonia her years of experience and talent put my worries at ease. Sonia is lovely and so patient, nothing was to much trouble for her. She did not rush any of the fittings and she made sure everything was pinned in the right place. I had three fittings and at each fitting Sonia ensured my dress sat right and that everything felt comfortable.

During my final dress fitting BBC came to film me at Mae Bridal and Sonia was there to help me with my dress which was brilliant. My husband and I were filmed for the 2017 Invictus games documentary and BBC filmed my final fitting at Mae Bridal. Sonia made sure that my bridal alterations were finished in time for the filming and that my dress was perfect and TV ready. Sonia was there to help me to put on my dress for the filming and she helped calm my nerves. Sonia did an amazing job at altering my dress and I can’t thank her enough for making me feel beautiful in my dress on my special day. If you are looking to have your wedding dress altered I would definitely recommend Sonia.
